Fitness Fanatic

So with the looming days of the Summer holidays, most young people find themselves with little to do.  I solved this problem:

A bit of cycling.

A bit of running.

And some good old Zumba (that really looks nothing like this picture!)
What else could you do to occupy your time?  Something that doesn't really cost very much.
How about:
Some old fashioned cross stitch.
What do young people do to prevent slobbing around all day?  I think the answer to that is not a lot.  It's a shame that's for sure.  And the younger generations certainly deserve the scorn from the oldies for being lazy but with the increasing crime and the decreasing outdoorsy type, there's not much left and let's face it; youths aren't very imaginative are they?

So leave me or comment and tell me what you're doing to keep busy!

An Inspiration to All

I was casully browsing facebook in a spare boring minute and am lukcy enough to have the Make-A-Wish Foundation UK post on it regulary due to the charity work I did in December.

This is what I found: http://www.justgiving.com/Claire-Lomas

This woman is paralysed from the chest down and managed to do the London Marathon despite this!  She is raising money for Spinal Research and was aiming for £50,000 and has made an amazing £92,000 and still counting!  Please show your support for one of the most inspirational women around.

Tribute goes to all the charity fundraisers out there and all the hardwork they do over the years.  I know what it's like to be under the pressure and desperately needing the support.  I tip my hat to you.

Back to Uni

It's been a while since I did some dedicated hard-work blogging!  Do not worry, the neglect is over!  I'm glad to see the page views still rising.  If I'm honest, I'm procrastinating slightly, but it's all for a good cause so not to worry!

Now some of you may be aware of the new blog I have set up on Tumblr in order to spread the word and get your friends and family reading this or anything else I have to write (which reminds me, you should go and subscribe yourself to the army magazine called The Craftsman all because of yours truly being in it.  That's write, an article that has been written for a module assignment has been agreed to be published.  How wonderful!) However, I digress.  Go and check out this new fantastic blog that I have: http://natashaorme.tumblr.com/

Not much else has been going on I'm afraid.  Once Uni life starts to get going again I'm sure I will have plenty to tell you about but for now the only significant thing that has happened have been the extravagant manual labour I have been doing over the past two weekends.  I joke of course.  I joined with the redecoration of a house that belongs to my Stepdad and it has been tough work!  We spent a day last weekend stripping all the walls and then spent this weekend painting them!

Well I guess I don't have much else to ramble about, so I will get back to that ever precious work and let you know how things are going in a day or two.

I'll get back to you <3

New Book

So here's the exciting news - I have a new book out :)

It's a Romance.  I decided to go against what I had started out with and attempt a new style.  This one is just loveable.  It's the story of a deaf girl that falls in love.  I won't give away anymore than that, but I am sure you will love it!

The book will be available on Amazon soon but if you can't wait that long - https://www.createspace.com/3843193

You can also like the page on facebook to get exclusive insights into the works of it - https://www.facebook.com/SilenceIsBeautiful

Just go ahead and show your appreciation :)

Not much else has happened this end of the blog.  My gorgeous Ryan visited me at the weekend and we had such a good time.  I had a job interview yesterday so fingers crossed for paying my way through Uni.

If there are any particular topics you want to read about, just post a comment below.  (You can now post anonymously so you don't need an account.)

I'm pleased with the diversity of readers at the moment.  Our top three countries are USA, UK and Canada!
